IV. Disclosure of personal data to third parties

V. Cross-border processing of personal data

Data for newsletters are stored for a maximum of 3 years after the last order. Billing data must be legally stored for 7 or 10 years. Other customer data is stored for a maximum of 5 years after the last order.

LOTANA will never ask for your password, nor will you be obliged to provide it yourself.
